• About The Role

  • Are you passionate about yoga and eager to share its benefits with students of all ages and abilities? We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Yoga Teacher to join our team and contribute to the physical and mental well-being of our students.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and inclusive yoga sessions that promote flexibility, strength, mindfulness, and relaxation. You will create a supportive environment that encourages students to develop confidence in their practice while fostering a deeper understanding of yoga principles.

Your responsibilities will include planning and leading yoga classes, tailoring sessions to meet the needs of diverse learners, and ensuring a safe and positive experience for all participants. You will work closely with staff to integrate yoga into the wider school curriculum, supporting students in building resilience, focus, and overall well-being.

As a role model for health and wellness, you will inspire students to embrace an active lifestyle, teaching them breathing techniques, relaxation methods, and mindfulness exercises that extend beyond the classroom. You will also be expected to uphold high professional standards, contribute to the school’s ethos, and participate in professional development opportunities.

If you have a strong background in yoga and a recognised yoga qualification, as well as a passion for working with students, we would love to hear from you. Join us in making a difference by helping students develop both their physical strength and mental clarity through the power of yoga!

School visits are welcomed and encouraged. Please contact the school to arrange a suitable time.

    What will you do?
    • Prepare and deliver yoga classes, and ensure high standards of literacy and student progress.
    • Establish a safe and stimulating environment, manage classroom behaviour, and promote student well-being.
    • Use assessment data to monitor student progress, set targets, and plan lessons.
    • Collaborate with colleagues, participate in professional development, and communicate effectively with parents and external bodies.
