  • Salary: Grade 3, £25,615 - £26,732 per annum pro rata. Approximately £19,939 - £20,808 per annum (0.77840 FTE)
     
    Please Note: This a fixed-term contract until 22nd July 2025.
     
    Are you passionate about supporting young learners and helping them achieve their full potential? We are looking for a Teaching Assistant to join our growing team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with teachers and pupils, fostering an engaging and inclusive learning environment where every child can thrive.
     
    As a Teaching Assistant, you will play an essential role in the classroom, working under the guidance of the class teacher to implement effective teaching and learning strategies. You will provide invaluable support to both individual pupils and groups, ensuring they are fully engaged and making meaningful progress in their educational journey.
     
    Beyond assisting with classroom activities, you will contribute to creating a purposeful and supportive environment, promoting inclusion and equal opportunities for all. You’ll be an important advocate for safeguarding and the welfare of children, helping to maintain a safe and nurturing space for every pupil.
     
    Your dedication will extend to working with children with special educational needs, supporting them through tailored programmes and helping to review and meet individual learning targets. Whether assisting with day-to-day classroom organisation or preparing materials for lessons, your efforts will ensure the smooth operation of the learning environment.
